A Day at Stoke Park with Winser London
A couple of weeks ago I was invited to the beautiful Stoke Park for an event with Winser London. The day was organised to celebrate Winser’s 4th birthday and if you haven’t seen their pieces you can find them on Instagram here.
Winser London organised a full day’s itinerary for us including hair, make-up and shooting four looks we were asked to choose from their current collection. The team kept some elements of the day up their sleeves until the invite arrived.
Winser London x Stoke Park
I took a much deserved day off work and I was so glad to spend it in the company of the Winser London team and the other invited bloggers at Stoke Park in Buckinghamshire.
Winser London’s collection focusses on classically stylish pieces that can be worn irrespective of age, their pieces are timeless and consist of silk blouses, gorgeous fitting suits, knitwear and coats.
We were extremely lucky to have 25 degree heat on the day and blue sunny skies all day! If you haven’t been to Stoke Park yet, it’s an absolute must-visit, it’s such a stunning place with a rich history. Both the spa and afternoon tea are exquisite, which is testament to Stoke Park’s countless awards.
Conde Nast Traveller highly rate Stoke Park for their luxury family breaks for children too (and I plan on taking Pops at some point)as the activities for children will keep her entertained whilst I relax.
Before the shoot, we had our make-up done by the lovely Linda Brown using Delilah Cosmetics – a British, cruelty-free luxury make-up brand which resulted in a fresh-faced skin look that I would wear everyday (if only I had Linda’s skills of course).
Classic Style Wearing Winser London
My first look from Winser London is such a wardrobe staple that every woman needs to have in her wardrobe – the black suit. Consisting of their single-breasted jacket* which is made from satin-back crepe fabric and falls really nicely with a stylish and flattering cut.
Winser’s satin-back sporty straight leg trousers* have an elasticated waist at the back, which is genius. The elastic is not only functional, it adds a great sports luxe feel to the suit and are still smart enough to work with the jacket or on their own.
I complemented the look with their V-neck silk top, which covers the tops of the arms slightly and is a good alternative to a smart t-shirt or a sleeveless top.
Winser London’s silk pieces are some of the most wearable ever seeing as it has a touch of Lycra woven into it. You’d be surprised how much a little bit of give in the fabric makes it much more comfortable to wear.
Alexandra Svardh shot this look for me and I am so happy with how the look came together.
I love Winser London’s classic black suit with a modern twist:
I found Winser London whilst scrolling through Instagram and they’ve quickly become my go-to brand for quality, classically stylish work wear. It appears I’m in good company – British Vogue agrees with me:
“The art of boardroom dressing has many complex nuances – and Winser has them all covered. You’d be hard pressed to find better-quality shift dresses and fluid suits at such decent prices”

Falling in Love with British Brands
You heard me correctly when I said that they day included more fun things and that I shot four looks. I won’t post them all now, but you’ll definitely be seeing and hearing more from me about Winser London and our day at Stoke Park. Firstly, because I love good quality, stylish wearable pieces for work and secondly because I love British brands.
